Does the Ravecap fit all plastic bottles?

Yes. Thanks to our unique patented system, the Ravecap creates a leak-proof seal, making it the ultimate universal solution for bottles at festivals and clubs.

Is the Ravecap durable enough for intensive use at festivals?

Absolutely. The Ravecap combines a robust, durable outer shell with an interior made from high-quality, BPA-free and food-safe plastic.

Can I take the Ravecap through security?

Yes, the Ravecap is allowed. We do, however, recommend attaching it to your keys before you go through security; that way, you can walk straight through without any hassle.

Is the material used in the Ravecap BPA-free?

Absolutely. The Ravecap is completely free from BPA and other harmful plasticisers. We use only sustainable and safe materials that are suitable for food contact, so you can drink from every bottle with complete peace of mind.

Do I need to clean the Ravecap after use?

Only using your Ravecap for water? No need to rinse it every time. Used it for soda or sugary drinks? Make sure to rinse the cap thoroughly with tap water after use to keep it clean and sticky-free.

Something’s wrong with my Ravecap, what should I do?

That’s definitely not what we want. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Ravecap. Is there an issue with the quality, the delivery, or is something not working as expected? Send us a message right away via the chat bubble in the bottom right corner. Please include your order number and (if possible) a photo of the problem.

Don’t they just leave the cap on at the bar because of the new EU rules?

No, at most festivals, caps are still removed at the bar. This prevents closed bottles from becoming a hazard on the floor and makes the clean-up process easier.

Why buy a Ravecap when I can just put a regular cap in my pocket?

A standard cap is easy to lose, isn’t universal, and is made of thin, disposable plastic that wears out or tears quickly. The Ravecap is durable, BPA-free, hygienic, and, thanks to the clip that attaches it to your key ring, you’ll never lose it again.

Is the Ravecap better for the environment?

Absolutely, on average, a festival-goer uses 4 to 6 bottles a day. With a Ravecap and a water tap, you can reduce this to just one bottle that you reuse all day long. That’s hundreds fewer bottles per group of friends per season!

Is it hygienic to reuse a bottle all day long?

Yes, provided you only fill your bottle with water and give the cap a good rinse after the festival. As our cap is BPA-free, no harmful substances are released with repeated use.

How fast is delivery?

Placed your order? We’ll get straight to work on it! If you order on a working day before 5 pm, we’ll process and dispatch your Ravecap the very same day. That means you’ll usually receive it within three days.

Is delivery of the Ravecap free?

If you purchase 3 Ravecaps, you’ll benefit from free delivery. Ordering fewer than that? Delivery costs vary by country. You can find the current delivery charges at the top of your shopping basket or in our shipping policy.

Which countries do you ship to?

We deliver to almost all of Europe, the United Kingdom and Australia. Please see our shipping policy for all destinations.

Do I need to be at home to receive the delivery?

No, you don’t need to be at home. Your Ravecap will fit through the letterbox.

Where is my order?

Check the latest shipping update via your Ravecap customer account. If you think something is wrong, please feel free to contact us via the chat bubble at the bottom right.

According to tracking, my parcel has been delivered, but I haven’t received anything. What should I do now?

Sometimes a delivery driver scans the parcel as “delivered” whilst they’re still driving down the street. Please wait until the end of the day. If you still haven’t received anything by the next working day, please get in touch via the chat bubble at the bottom right.

What secure payment options do you offer?

Buy your Ravecap easily using Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDeal/Wero, Klarna, Maestro, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay or Visa.

Can I pay afterwards?

Absolutely. You can pay securely after delivery via Klarna. Once you’ve received your order, you have 30 days to settle the invoice via the Klarna app or their website.

I’ve paid, but haven’t received a confirmation email. What should I do?

If the amount has been charged from your account, there’s a good chance your order is already in our system. Sometimes it takes a few minutes for the email to be sent, or it may end up in your spam folder. If you still haven’t received anything after 15 minutes, please contact us via the chat bubble at the bottom right.

My payment failed, what should I do?

First, check whether the amount has been charged from your account. If not, the order hasn’t been placed and you can simply try again. Still not working? Then try a different payment method or get in touch with us via the chat bubble at the bottom right.

My discount code isn’t working, why is that?

We always ensure that you receive the biggest discount available. If there is already a promotion running, the highest discount will automatically take priority. It is not possible to combine different discount codes.

Can I get a business invoice including VAT?

Yes, that’s no problem. Once you’ve placed your order, please send an email to info@ravecap.nl with your order number and your company details (including your VAT number). We’ll then email the invoice to you as soon as possible.
